چکیده
چکیدهبا پیشرفت تکنولوژی در ارایه‌ی خدمات بهداشتی و تخصصی شدن بیشتر فعالیت‌ها، سازمان‌های سلامت برای ارایه‌ی بهتر و جبران هزینهها نیاز به به کارگیری و استفاده از روش‌های هزینه‌یابی برای محاسبه درآمد و هزینهها داشتند و برای این منظور در کشورهای توسعه یافته، بیشتر بیمارستان‌ها سیستم محاسبه‌ی هزینهها و تعرفههای خود را بر اساس گروه‌های مرتبط تشخیصی وابسته گذاشتند. بر اساس این روش جدید، بیمارستان‌ها بر طبق گروه‌های مرتبط تشخیصی وابسته، هزینهها و بهای تمام شده خدمات را در ازای خدمات انجام شده برای بیمار محاسبه کردند.این مقاله از نوع مروری بود و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بااستفاده از مستندات چاپی و الکترونیکی مرتبط با موضوع صورت گرفت و با توجه به این‌که گروه‌های مرتبط تشخیصی به عنوان شناخته شده‌ترین نظام طبقه‌بندی بیماری به منظور تسهیل بازپرداخت درمانی بودند، بدین منظور بیمارستان‌ها باید سیستم محاسبه‌ی هزینهها و تعرفههای خود را بر اساس روش گروه‌های مرتبط تشخیصی وابسته بگذارند و از آن به عنوان ابزاری برای تسهیل بازپرداخت خود استفاده کنند و در این مقاله سعی بر آن است که با تطبیق فرایند‌‌های انجام شده در این زمینه و استفاده از تجارب کشورهای سرامد، مناسب‌ترین روش انتخاب شود و نسبت به پیاده‌سازی آن در کشور اقدامات لازم صورت پذیرد.واژه‌‌های کلیدی: گروه‌های تشخیص (پرداخت هزینه)؛ هزینه و هزینه سنجی؛ بیمارستان‌ها.

With increasing technology in providing health care services and specialization, health care organization requires application of costing methods for calculating income and expenses to improve the health care services and compensate the costs. For this purpose, most hospitals in the developed countries, estimated system costs based on affiliated diagnostic related groups. According to this new method, hospitals were calculated costs and cost of services in return for services performed for the patient. In this review article, the data has been collected using print and electronic documents related to the topic. Considering that the diagnostic related groups known as disease classification system to facilitate medical reimbursement, so, hospitals must calculate their costs based on this method. In this article, we try to select the most appropriate method to make the necessary actions in the country with the matching process performed in this field and use the pre-eminent world experiences.Keywords: Diagnosis- Related Groups; Costs and Cost Analysis; Hospitals.
