چکیده

مقدمه: وب سایت‌های کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی نقش مهمی در برقراری ارتباط و ارایه‌ی خدمات به کاربران دارند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی وب‌سایت‌های کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی علوم پزشکی کشور از نظر معیارهای ارزیابی عمومی و شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف بوده است.روش بررسی: در این پژوهش پیمایشی- تحلیلی، ابتدا وب سایت‌های کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی علوم پزشکی کشور از طریق اینترنت شناسایی شد. سپس معیارهای محتوای صفحه‌ی اصلی، جستجو و تحقیق و در نهایت امکانات کاربران ارزیابی و یافته‌ها با همدیگر مقایسه شد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش 41 وب سایت کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی تحت پوشش وزارت بهداشت، در طی دوره‌ی زمانی 3 ماهه تا اسفندماه سال 1387بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه سیاهه‌ی وارسی با 29 سؤال استفاده شد. روایی با نظر متخصصین و نیز پژوهش‌های انجام یافته، تأیید شد و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار Excel استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: از مجموع وب‌سایت کتابخانه‌های مورد بررسی، به طور متوسط 36 درصد اقلام محتوای صفحه‌ی اصلی، 67 درصد اقلام جستجو و تحقیق، و 46 درصد اقلام ارزیابی امکانات کاربران را در طراحی صفحات وب رعایت کرده‌اند. از میان دانشگاه‌های مورد بررسی تعداد 18 دانشگاه معادل 45 درصد، بیش از 50 درصد اقلام اطلاعاتی سیاهه‌ی وارسی را در طراحی وب‌سایت خود لحاظ کرده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: وب‌سایت کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور از نظر ارزیابی معیارهای "محتوای صفحه‌ی اصلی" در سطح ضعیف، از نظر ارزیابی معیارهای "جستجو و تحقیق" در سطح خوب و از نظر ارزیابی معیارهای "امکانات کاربران" در سطح متوسط قرار دارند. به طور کلی از معیارهای سه گانه‌ی ارزیابی در حدود 46 درصد در وب‌سایت‌های کتابخانه‌های مورد بررسی رعایت شده است. همچنین دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مشهد، علوم پزشکی زنجان، علوم پزشکی ایران، علوم پزشکی اصفهان، علوم پزشکی تبریز و علوم پزشکی شاهد بیشتر از سایر دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، معیارهای ارزیابی را در طراحی وب‌سایت کتابخانه‌ها لحاظ نموده‌اند.واژه‌‌های کلیدی: اینترنت؛ کتابخانه‌ها؛ نظام‌های اطلاع‌رسانی؛ پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی.

Assessment Study of Library Website of Iranian Universities of Medical Sciences and Suggestions for Improvement

Introduction: Academic library websites have an important role in relevance and offering services for users. The aim of present study was the assessment of library websites of Iranian Medical Universities and general criteria evaluation and recognition their strength and weakness.Methods: In this survey– analytical study, first academic library websites of Iranian Medical Universities were identified through internet and then compared from a general criteria evaluation standpoint (main content criteria, search and research and evaluation of user facilities) by using three check lists with 29 questions which validity were confirmed by experts and conducted research. During a three month period, 41 academic library websites affiliated to the Ministry of Health were evaluated. Data analyzed by Excel software.Results: Totally, in studied academic library websites an average 36% of the content item index, 67% of search and research items and 46 % of the users facilities assessment items have observed in designing web pages. Among the studied universities, 18 universities (45%) had considered more than 50% of check lists information items in terms of designing their website.Conclusion: In general, the content of library website of Iranian Medical Science Universities was at low level, their search and investigate was at good level and user facilities were at medium level. Totally 46% of the library's website triples general evaluation criteria were considered by studied libraries. Medical Universities of Mashhad, Zanjan, Iran, Isfahan, Tabriz and Shahed in Iran had been considered the evaluation criteria in terms of libraries websites design more than other Medical Sciences Universities.Keywords: Internet; Libraries; Information Systems; Database.
