چکیده

مقدمه: پذیرش در واقع ورودی اصلی بیمارستان است و اولین ارتباط بیمار با بیمارستان از طریق واحد پذیرش صورت می‌گیرد. کارآیی این واحد زمانی مشخص می‌شود که اصول کلی چه از لحاظ تجهیزات و امکانات، چه از نظر تمامی فعالیت‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های انجام گرفته در این واحد رعایت گردد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی- توصیفی در سال 1387 انجام شد. در این مطالعه، 7 بیمارستان آموزشی شیراز با 7 بیمارستان آموزشی اهواز از نظر وضعیت واحد پذیرش بیمارستان‌های آموزشی مقایسه شدند. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه و مشاهده‌ی مستقیم و ثبت در چک لیست‌های استانداردهای مصوب وزارت بهداشت و درمان گردآوری شد. روایی و پایایی ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات تأیید و نتایج در قالب جداول توزیع درصد فراوانی ارایه گردید.یافته‌ها: در رابطه با مقایسه‌ی تجهیزات بیمارستان‌های مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش، بیمارستان‌های شیراز و اهواز به ترتیب با در اختیار داشتن 39 درصد و 46 درصد از وسایل و تجهیزات مورد نیاز در چارک دوم قرار گرفتند. در مطالعه‌ی حاضرمشاهده شد که آگاهی از وضعیت ترخیص بیماران از طریق ارتباط با بخش‌های بیمارستانی در شیراز 28 درصد موارد بر عهده‌ی واحد پذیرش بود، ولی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی اهواز واحد پذیرش هیچ نقشی در ترخیص بیماران نداشتند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، بیمارستان‌های اهواز با رعایت 22 درصد و بیمارستان‌های شیراز با رعایت 31 درصد از موارد استاندارد در رابطه با وظایف محوله، عملکرد نامطلوبی داشتند. تحصیلات کارکنان واحد پذیرش بیمارستان‌های شیراز بالاتر از اهواز بود. مسؤولین جهت رفع مشکلات واحد پذیرش و حفظ ارتباط با کارکنان بخش مدارک پزشکی در جهت ارتقای کیفیت بخش مدارک پزشکی باید تلاش بیشتری داشته باشند.واژه‌‌های کلیدی: بیماران بستری؛ پذیرش بیمار؛ بیمارستان‌های آموزشی؛ دانشگاه‌ها.

A Comparison between Standard Requirements of Admission Units in Educational Hospitals of Shiraz and Ahvaz Universities of Medical Sciences

Introduction: The entrance of the hospital is the reception and the communication with patients starts from this unit. The efficiency of the unit would be clear when all general rules including facilities and activities are controlled.This study compared the status of the reception units of Shiraz and Ahwaz educational hospitals.Methods: This cross-sectional study, conducted in 2008, compared the reception units of 7 hospitals in Shiraz and 7 hospitals in Ahvaz. Data collection was performed through interview and direct observation. The data was enetered in standard checklists confirmed by the Ministry of Health. The validity and stability of data collection tools were verified and the results were shown in frequency distribution percentage tables.Results: The percentage of essential equipments found in the educational hospitals of Shiraz and Ahvaz was 39% and 49%, respectively. Reception units had no role in patients' release in Ahvaz hospitals, but 28% of patients release was done by the reception units in Shiraz hospitals.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, 22% and 31% of reception units in Ahvaz and Shiraz, respectively, followed the standards. Hospital staff in Shiraz had higher education compared with those in Ahvaz. The authorities need to be more responsible in solving the existing problems in reception units. They should also make more effort to improve the quality of medical records units.Keywords: Inpatients; Patient Admission; Hospitals, Teaching; Universities.
