چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت هوش هیجانی و تأثیر آن در حوزه‌های مختلف زندگی از جمله پیشرفت شغلی، رضایت شغلی، حیط کار و عملکرد سازمانی؛ این مقاله به تعیین رابطه‌ی بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان پرداخته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش از نوع تحلیلی- مقطعی بود که بر روی 168 نفر از کارکنان دانشکده‌ها و حوزه‌ی ستادی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با به کارگیری دو پرسش‌نامه‌ی هوش هیجانی (93/0 = α) و پرسش‌نامه‌ی فرهنگی- سازمانی Hofstede (73/0 = α) انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. اطلاعات در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون آماری ضریب همبستگی Pearson) گزارش گردیده است. یافته‌ها: بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی، رابطه‌ی مستقیم و معنی‌دار وجود دارد (71/0 = r)؛ همچنین بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ مرد سالاری- زن سالاری، رابطه‌ی معکوس و معنی‌دار (24/0- = r) مشاهده شد؛ بین هوش هیجانی و سایر مقیاس‌های فرهنگ سازمانی از جمله فرهنگ فرد گرایی- جمع گرایی، فرهنگ اطمینان- ریسک؛ و فرهنگ توزیع قدرت عادلانه - ناعادلانه، رابطه‌ای مشاهده نگردید. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود رابطه بین هوش هیجانی و فرهنگ سازمانی در این مطالعه و نیز تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری برخی از مؤلفه‌های هوش هیجانی از فرهنگ سازمانی، آموزش همه‌ی شاخص‌های هوش هیجانی به منظور رشد و افزایش توانمندی‌های فردی و شغلی افراد توصیه می‌گردد. واژه‌های کلیدی: هوش هیجانی؛ فرهنگ سازمانی؛ کارکنان؛ دانشگاه‌ها

چکیده [English]

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the association between the emotional intelligence (EI) and organizational culture of university staff due to different dimensions of EI and its effects on different areas such as job progress, job satisfaction, job environment and organizational performance. Methods: This was an analytical and cross-sectional study. It was done on 168 staff of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran using two questionnaires i.e. EI and organizational culture questionnaire. The subjects were selected randomly and asked for cooperation individually and verbally. The data were reported in two descriptive and inferential levels (Pearson correlation coefficient test). Results: The results showed that there was a significant and direct association between EI and organizational culture. There was also a reversed significant association between EI and the masculinity-femininity culture. There was no association between EI and the individualism and collectivism culture; EI and trust-risk culture and avoidance of incontinence, EI and the culture of distribution of equitable and non-equitable power. Conclusion: The results show that there was a direct and significant association between EI and organizational culture. So it is recommended to train all the characteristics of EI for developing and increasing EI due to different dimensions of EI and its effects on different parts of personal life, job and also the similarities with organizational culture in some components that show the time association between the two variables.
