چکیده

مقدمه: اشتراک دانش به‌عنوان یکی از موضوعات جالب و چالش برانگیز علم مدیریت در هزاره‌ی جدید است. این مقاله با هدف عوامل فردی مؤثر بر اشتراک دانش میان اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز پژوهشی کشور انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل3430 نفر هیأت علمی شاغل در مراکز پژوهشی و 12428 نفر هیأت علمی شاغل در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در سال 1391 بود که با توجه به نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با تخصیص متناسب حداقل حجم نمونه برابر 423 نفر به‌دست آمد. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط اساتید مجرب تایید گردید، با توجه به اینکه ضریب Cronbach`s alpha بزرگتر از 6/0 بود، پایایی ابزار نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 15 و آزمون ضریب همبستگی Pearson انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که حدود 49 درصد اساتید نسبت به اشتراک دانش دید مثبتی داشتند. حدود 53 درصد آنها نیز تمایل زیادی به اشتراک دانش با سایر اعضای هیأت علمی داشتند. 35 درصد اساتید با انگیزه‌های مختلف به اشتراک دانش با دیگر اساتید پرداختند. حدود 52 درصد نیز نقش اعتماد و تعهد را در به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش بسیار زیاد دانستند. نتیجه‌گیری: دستاوردهای این پژوهش مبنای تجربی مناسبی برای برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای ساز و کارهای اشتراک دانش را فراهم خواهد آورد. واژه‌های کلیدی: مدیریت دانش؛ هیأت علمی؛ دانشگاه‌ها

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Knowledge sharing is one of the most interesting and challenging issues of management in the new millennium. This study aimed to investigate individual factors affecting knowledge sharing among faculty members in universities and research centers. Methods: This survey was mixed and applied. Statistical Population was 3430 faculty member worked at medical research centers and 12428 faculty members worked at medical universities in Iran during 2012-13. According to stratified random sampling at least 423 faculty members selected as sampling population. The tool used in this study was questionnaire that face and content validity were confirmed by experienced professors. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for each scale dimension was greater than 0.6, so the reliability of the instrument was confirmed. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics, statistical software SPSS15 and Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used. Results: The findings of the study showed that about 49 percent of faculties had a positive view of knowledge sharing. About 53 percent of the faculties were very willing to share knowledge with others. 35 Percentage of faculties share knowledge with different incentives. About 52 percent of the faculties expressed the role of trust and commitment for sharing knowledge very high. Conclusion: The results of this Study will provide empirical basis for planning and implementing knowledge sharing mechanisms.
