مدارک نمایه شده‌ی محققین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با آدرس وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد در Web of Science و Scopus

چکیده
 مقدمه: استفاده از آدرس وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد مشکلاتی در محاسبه‌ی تولیدات علمی، شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی و حتی رتبه‌بندی دانشگاه ایجاد می‌نماید. شناسایی مدارک غیراستاندارد می‌تواند دانشگاه را در امر یکپارچه‌سازی مدارک تولید شده کمک نماید. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین مدارک نمایه شده‌ی محققین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با آدرس وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد در Web of Science و Scopus تا 2011 میلادی بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بود و به‌صورت توصیفی- مقطعی انجام گردید. جامعه‌ی پژوهش تعداد 761 مدرک نمایه شده‌ی محققین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در Web of Science و Scopus با آدرس وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد تا پایان دسامبر 2011 میلادی بود. در هر یک از مجموعه‌های Web of Science و Scopus کلمه‌ی «Shiraz» در فیلد Affiliation جداگانه جستجو گردید. مدارک با وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد از بین کلیه‌ی مدارک بازیابی شده، جدا شد و از نظر تعداد، سال انتشار، موضوع، میزان استناد و تنوع با استفاده از نرم‌افزارExcel  و با آمار توصیفی بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: روند رشد این مدارک تا سال‌های 2008 و 2009 صعودی و پس از آن نزولی بود. بیش‌ترین تعداد مدارک میزان استنادی بین صفر تا 10 استناد و کم‌ترین تعداد مدارک میزان استنادی بین 51 تا 60 استناد را به خود اختصاص دادند. بیش‌ترین تعداد این مدارک از نوع «مقالات اصلی» بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: وجود تعداد قابل ملاحظه مدارک با آدرس وابستگی سازمانی غیراستاندارد نیاز به سیاست‌گذاری دقیق و صحیح برای یکپارچه‌سازی نام سازمانی دانشگاه و اطلاع‌رسانی دقیق به پژوهشگران برای پیشگیری از ادامه‌ی این روند را نمایان می‌سازد.گرچه خوشبختانه این روند در سال‌های اخیر رو به کاهش بوده است که همین امر می‌تواند بازتابی از شروع سیاست‌گذاری و بذل توجه به این مهم باشد. واژه‌های کلیدی: استناد؛ نمایه؛ دانشگاه‌ها؛ پایگاه اطلاعات؛ Web of Science؛ Scopus

Indexed Documents of Researchers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Web of Science and Scopus with Non-Standard Affiliation

چکیده English

Introduction: Scientific documents indexed in citation indices could show the scientific production of an academic institution if the author introduces him/her as a member of that institution. Researchers and faculty members should know about their standard and correct affiliation to declare it in their articles. Nonstandard affiliation could make problems in counting scientific production which can lead to unrealistic wrong place in universities ranking. Identifying scientific documents with wrong affiliation could help the university to correct them in order to reflect more realistic view of scientific production. Methods: This study has been done in a cross-sectional descriptive survey. Research community was 761 documents produces by researchers of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences which is indexed with nonstandard affiliation in Scopus and Web of Science till 2011. As a keyword, "Shiraz" was searched in "affiliation" field in both citation indices. All the documents with nonstandard affiliation were assessed according to their number of citation, subject and type of documents. The results were analyzed with descriptive statistic methods and Excel software. Results: Publication trend of documents were ascending till 2008 and 2009 and then descending. Most of these documents have been cited between zero to 10 times, the least one has a number of 51 to 60 citations. The highest numbers of these documents are original articles. Conclusion: Presence of significant number of documents with nonstandard affiliation shows importance of establishing of accurate policies for the integration of the organization's name and detailed information to investigators to prevent the continuation of this trend. Fortunately however, this trend has been declining in recent years, which may reflect establishment of such a policy and pay attention to this matter.
