چکیده

مقدمه:امروزه گسترش بازاریابی و ایجاد رقابت بیمارستانی باعث کاهش هزینه‌های بیمارستانی و ایجاد مزایای رقابتی شده است. با این وجود بررسی وضعیت استراتژیک بیمارستان‌ها برای انجام اقدامات در زمینه‌ی بازاریابی در محیط رقابتی لازم است. از این رو هدف این مطالعه تعیین جایگاه بیمارستان از نظر نوع استراتژی از طریق تحلیل استراتژیک می‌باشد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مطالعات ترکیبی (کمی- کیفی) بوده که در سال 1389 در یک بیمارستان خصوصی در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش شامل مدیریت، مدیر پرستاری و مدیران بخش‌های درمانی است که به روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و به تعداد 15 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی کمی محقق‌ساخته بوده است. روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 89/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیلStrengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: در بیمارستان مورد مطالعه نمره‌ی نهایی عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار محیط داخلی بر بازاریابی از میانگین آن یعنی (5/2) بیش‌تر است (76/2)، لذا بیمارستان داری نقاط قوت بیش‌تری می‌باشد. از سوی دیگر نمره‌ی نهایی عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار محیط خارجی بر بازاریابی از میانگین آن یعنی (5/2) کمتر است (45/2)، از این رو بیمارستان با تهدیداتی برای برنامه‌ریزی بازاریابی مواجه است. با توجه به نمره‌ی نهایی عوامل داخلی و خارجی، جایگاه بیمارستان در نمودار SWOT در قسمت استراتژی رقابتی بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: محیط بیمارستان برای برنامه‌ریزی بازاریابی از ثبات لازم برخوردار نیست. بنابراین مسؤولین بیمارستان جهت برنامه‌ریزی بازاریابی، باید از نقاط قوت موجود جهت احتراز از تهدیدهای وارد بر بیمارستان استفاده نماید. بدین معنی که سازمان باید استراتژی‌های رقابتی به اجرا درآورد. واژه‌های کلیدی: بیمارستان‌ها؛ بازاریابی؛ تحلیل استراتژیک

Strategic Analysis (SWOT) and Hospital's Strategic Position in Marketing Planning: A Case Study of A Private Hospital in the City

Introduction: Todays, development of marketing and hospital competition has been made to reduce hospital costs and create competitive advantages. However it is necessary to be investigated hospitals strategic situation if they will act in a competitive market. Marketing situation analysis often is involved to review external environment forces and internal resources of marketing. The objective of this study is determine the type of hospital strategy through strategic analysis. Methods: This study was a mix studies (quantitative-qualitative) that was done in 2010 in a private hospital in Isfahan. The study population was administration, matron and health sector managers that were selected base on purposive sampling the sample was 15 person. Data collection tool was questionnaire which has been made by researchers. The validity of questionnaire was computed by experts judgment and the reliability of questionnaire was computed by using Cronbach alpha. There was used strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis to analyze data . Results: In selected hospital, final score of main affecting factors of internal environment in marketing is higher (2.76) from its average (2.5), so the hospital have more strengths. Final score of main affecting factors of external environment in marketing is lower (2.45) from its average (2.5), hence the hospital is facing to threat for marketing planning. Considering the final score of internal and external factors, the position of the hospital in SWOT chart has been in competitive strategy. Conclusion: The Hospital environment does not have the necessary stability for marketing planning. So hospital officials should use the existing strengths to avoid from threats entered in hospital for marketing planning. This means that the organization should implement competitive strategies.
