چکیده
مقدمه: اطلاعات خوب و مناسب برای برنامه ریزی و اجرای حاکمیت بالینی ضروری است . لذا این سؤال مطرح است که کارکنان بیمارستان چه انتظاراتی از اطلاعات دارند. این مطالعه به منظور شناسایی انتظارات کارکنان از اطلاعات در ارتقاء حاکمیت بالینی انجام شد. روش بررسی: این مطالعه تحلیلی بر روی 258 نفر ازکارکنان بیمارستان های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و سازمان تامین اجتماعی سمنان در سال 1391 انجام شد. روش جمع آوری داده ها یک پرسشنامه پ‍ژوهشگر ساخته ای بود که پس از تایید صاحب نظران و سنجش پایایی آن از طریق ضریب Cronbach alpha مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمارهای توصیفی با به کارگیری نرم افزار 16spss استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد 7/71درصد کارکنان دوره ی آموزشی حاکمیت بالینی را گذرانده بودند. 6/58 درصد اطلاعات بالینی را به عنوان اولویت اول و3/53 درصد اطلاعات مدیریتی را به عنوان اولویت چهارم در حاکمیت بالینی انتخاب نمودند . 6/3 درصد مرکزاطلاع رسانی و فناوری اطلاعات را به عنوان اولویت اول در اجرای حاکمیت بالینی می دانستند . نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد اگرچه اکثر جامعه آماری دوره ی حاکمیت بالینی را گذرانده بودند به نظر می رسد در این دوره ها در ارتباط با نقش اطلاعات در حاکمیت بالینی اطلاعات لازم ارائه نگردیده است.این نتایج می تواند برای کارشناسان فناوری اطلا عات و مدیران اطلاعات بهداشتی این فرصت را بوجود آورد تا با ارائه ی اطلاعات منسجم به اجرای حاکمیت بالینی مبتنی بر شواهد شوند. واژه های کلیدی: کارکنان؛ بیمارستان ها؛ اطلاعات؛ حاکمیت بالینی

Introduction: Appropriate information is essential to plan and to implement clinical governance. This question is posed that what is hospital staff’ expectations of information. This study was conducted to evaluate hospital staff’s expectations of information in clinical governance. Methods: This descriptive - analytical study was performed on 258 practitioners of affiliated hospitals of Semnan University of medical sciences and social security organization in 2012. Data collection instrument was a valid and reliable questionnaire which was confirmed by experts and was measured its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Then it was distributed among the population. Descriptive statistics were used for data analysis in SPSS 16. Results: The findings showed 71.7% of staff had attended training course of clinical governance. 58.6% chose clinical information as a first priority and 53.3% selected managerial information as the fourth priority in clinical governance. 3.6% chose information technology and informatics center as a first priority in the implementation of clinical governance. Conclusion: The results showed although most of the population had passed clinical governance course but it seems essential contents have not been provided in relation to the role of information in clinical governance in the course. These results can create an opportunity for experts in information technology and health information managers to show, more than ever, the role of information departments in the improvement of clinical governance.
