چکیده
مقدمه: ارزیابی برونداد علمی مراکز تحقیقاتی ضمن تعیین مراکز فعال، می‌تواند در توزیع عادلانه بودجه و نیروی انسانی مؤثر باشد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی برونداد علمی مراکز تحقیقات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز از طریق شاخص‌های ارزیابی برونداد در پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش کاربردی و به روش توصیفی مقطعی انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات چک‌لیست می‌باشد که از طریق مشاهده اطلاعات موردنظر جمع‌آوری شده است. در این پژوهش مدارک نمایه شده 34 مرکز در پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس تا پایان سال 2010 میلادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارExcel ، شاخص های ارزیابی برونداد برای آنها محاسبه گردیده است. یافته‌ها: مرکز تحقیقات «شیمی دارویی و گیاهی» بیشترین تعداد مدرک (169) و نیز بیشترین تعداد کل استناد (589) را داشته است. بیشترین h-index و g-index مربوط به سه مرکز تحقیقات«سرطان شناسی»، «هماتولوژی» و «شیمی دارویی و گیاهی» است ) 11h=و17g= (. بیشترین مقدار R-index با مقدار 16 متعلق به مرکز «هماتولوژی»، بیشترین مقدار A-index برابر با 75/25 مربوط به مرکز « گوارش و کبد» و بیشترین مقدارm-index (57/1) مربوط به مرکز« شیمی دارویی گیاهی» است. نتیجه‌گیری: محاسبه همزمان چند شاخص علم‌سنجی می‌تواند وضعیت تولیدات علمی مراکز تحقیقاتی را بهتر نشان دهد. مقادیر R-index مراکز کاملاً هماهنگ با A-index می‌باشد و مقادیر این دو شاخص برای همه مراکز به طور هماهنگ با هم افزایش یا کاهش می‌یابد. واژه‌های کلیدی: علم‌سنجی؛ مراکز تحقیقاتی؛ پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی؛ دانشگاه‌ها

Introduction: Evaluation of scientific output of research centers could help in recognizing active centers, plus establishing a guideline in fair distribution of budget and human resources. The goal of this study is evaluation of scientific output of research centers through identifying scientometrics indices in Scopus citation index. Methods: This study has been done in a cross-sectional descriptive survey. Data has been collected through direct observation and all indexed documents of shiraz medical university (with research center affiliation) in scopus has been surveyed by the end of 2010 and five scientometrics indices was calculated for them . Results:"Medicinal and Natural Products Chemistry" Research Center has the most number of documents (169) and citations (589). The highest h-index and g index is for "shiraz institute for cancer research" and "hematology" research center and "Medicinal and Natural Products Chemistry" Research Center (h=11, g=17). The highest R-index also is for "Hematology" Research Center” with 16 value and and highest A-index (with the value 25.75) for "Gastroenterohepatology" Research Center. The most value for m-index is for "Medicinal and Natural Products Chemistry" Research Center ( m=1.571). Conclusion: Comprehensive evaluation could be done with calculating more than one scientometric indices. also the amount value of the A-index and R-index are the same for all the research centers.
