چکیده
مقدمه: در میان تمام برنامه‌های کیفیتی که جهت افزایش رضایت مشتریان و همچنین کاهش هزینه کیفیت بکار می‌روند، شش سیگما یکی از قوی ترین ابزارهای حل مساله است. متدولوژی شش سیگما متکی به داده‌هاست به طوری که یک رویه سیستماتیک را برای بهبود فرآیندهای کاری بر پایه نیاز مشتری و تجزیه و تحلیل واقعی فرآیندهای در حال انجام در هر موسسه‌ای ارایه می‌دهد. این موضوع مرز تفاوت شش سیگما با سایر متدها و دلیل اصلی اجرای این رویکرد در مراکز بیمارستانی است. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر اجرای شش سیگما بر بهبود کیفیت و کاهش هزینه‌ها در بیمارستان طالقانی بود.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر به روش کاربردی بوده و به صورت مقطعی – طولی انجام شده است. جمع آوری داده‌ها در طی مدت 7 ماه (از ابتدای اسفند تا پایان شهریور ماه) صورت پذیرفت و به وسیله نرم افزار MINITAB تحلیل شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که پس از اجرای پروژه سطح سیگمای جدید به مقدار 5/2منتقل شده است در حالی که سطح سیگمای قبلی آن 25/1 بود. کاهش 60 درصدی افزایش هزینه ناشی از هدفمندسازی نشان داد که شش سیگما در بیمارستان طالقانی بشکل اثربخش اجرا شده است و پیش‌بینی می‌شود به طور متوسط ششصد میلیون ریال از هزینه‌های کیفیت در هر ماه کاسته شود.نتیجه‌گیری: در اجرای شش سیگما در بیمارستان طالقانی با رویکرد پایه‌ای، در انتخاب راه حل‌های بهبود به خطاناپذیرسازی و آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی دقت ویژه‌ای شد تا نهادینه‌سازی و حفظ و پایداری نتایج به دست آمده تضمین گردد.واژه‌های کلیدی: بهبود کیفیت؛ هزینه‌ها؛ بیمارستان‌ها؛ شش سیگما.

Introduction: Among the quality approaches focused on enhancing the level of costumer satisfactions and along with considering the reduction of cost of quality issue, Six Sigma approach is known as one the most powerful tools to solve the quality problem of organizations. Six Sigma tool relies on data produced by the process. The approach leads one analyzes systematically a process to improve the process based on following the costumer requirements emphasizing the facts. The description defines clearly the diversity of Sig Sigma and other approaches introduced in literature. This research provides monitoring the implementation effects of Six Sigma allowed improving the quality and reducing cost factors in Taleghani hospital.Methods: This research conducted practically and cross section longitudinal. The time assigned to collect needed data is about 7 months. Minitab software is also used to analyze data.Results: After implementing the project, data analysis addresses 2.5 for the new sigma, however before the implementation value of 1.25 has been recorded for the process. Furthermore the reduction of 60% for the specified cost addresses an effectiveness implementation project for Taleghani hospital. It is expected that the cost of quality of the hospital will be reduced about 600 million Rails per month.Conclusion: Training, cultural factor and unerring were focused on by the implementation team. The focusing assured the hospital producing constant results after the implementation. Key words: Quality Improvement; Cost; Hospitals; Six Sigma.
