چکیده
مقدمه: تجزیه و تحلیل نقاط قوت- ضعف و فرصت- تهدید (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats: SWOT ) یک روش برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک برای ارزیابی نقاط قوت، ضعف (عوامل داخلی) سازمان و فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات (عوامل خارجی) محیط است. اما این تکنیک به تنهایی نمی‌تواند اهمیت این عوامل را نسبت به یکدیگر تعیین نماید، فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) این مشکل را با در نظر گرفتن همبستگی درونی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل، آن‌ها را به ترتیب اهمیت شناسایی می‌کند و سازمان را انتخاب استراتژی مناسب یاری می‌دهد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل محیطی داخلی و خارجی و رتبه بندی آن‌ها با تکنیک سلسله مراتبی با توجه به مزیت‌های این تکنیک سازمان را در تعیین بهترین استراتژی برای آینده بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه یک پژوهش کاربردی است که در بهار 1392 خورشیدی بر اساس نظرسنجی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید در چندین مرحله با مصاحبه‌های مختلف از 25 نفر از کارکنان و پزشکان یکی از بیمارستان‌‌های فوق تخصصی استان فارس شناسایی شد. ابزار شامل پنج پرسشنامه که شامل ماتریس مقایسات زوجی نقاط قوت، ضعف و فرصت و تهدید بود، انجام شد، و سپس اولویت بندی و تعیین ضرائب با استفاده از نرم افزار Expert choic11انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مقاله وزن هر یک گروه‌های SWOT را مشخص کرد: نقاط قوت: 38 درصد، نقاط ضعف: 8/6درصد، فرصت‌ها: 4/44درصد و تهدید‌ها 09/1درصد. و در گروه نقاط قوت وجود تجهیزات مدرن پزشکی با 9/9 درصد، کنسل شدن عمل‌های جراحی با 4/2درصد در گروه نقاط ضعف، و در فرصت‌ها شناسایی مرکز به عنوان قطب علمی با 13درصد و در نهایت فقدان استقلال مالی مرکز با 4/4درصد مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های تعیین شده هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: در نقاط قوت وجود تجهیزات مدرن تشخیصی-درمانی و مهارت پرسنل نسبت به سایر گزینه‌ها امتیاز بالاتری را کسب کردند. در نقاط ضعف کنسل شدن عمل‌های جراحی و نارضایتی بیمار دارای اهمیت بیشتری است. شناسایی مرکز به عنوان قطب علمی مهم‌ترین فرصت برای بیمارستان محسوب شده است و مهم‌ترین تهدیدی که سازمان با آن روبروست فقدان استقلال مالی است. واژه های کلیدی: تحلیل سلسله مراتبی؛ بیمارستان‌ها؛ فرصت ها.

چکیده [English]
Introduction: SOWT analysis is the strategic planning to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses (internal factors) and the opportunities and threats (external factors) of the environment. However, this technique can not determine the significance of each these factors from each other lonely, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) solves this problem. Methods: The purpose of the study is applicable and its type is Descriptive - case. The study Were carried out Based on a survey of experts from the hospital by 5 Questionnaire involving paired comparisons of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then prioritize and determine the coefficients were performed using the software Expert choice 11 version. Results: The results of study revealed the weight of each group SWOT: the Strengths: 38%, Weaknesses: 8/6 opportunities: 4/44 and threats 1/09%. And in group strengths modern medical equipment with 9/9 percent, canceled surgeries with 4/2 percent of the group weaknesses and in opportunities Center identified as a scientific center with 13% and the lack of financial independence center with 4.4% are the most important determined priorities CONCLUSION: In strengths modern diagnostic – care equipment gained higher scores than the other options. In weaknesses the Significance of canceled surgeries and patient dissatisfaction is more. Center identified as a scientific center is the most important opportunity for hospitals and major threats that an organization faces is the lack of financial independence.
