چکیده

دارو درمانی یکی از قوی ترین ابزارهای درمان بیماری ها می باشد و از طرفی دیگر یکی از شایعترین خطاهای پزشکی، خطاهای ناشی از نسخه نویسی کاغذی می باشد. نسخه نویسی کاغذی به دلیل دستخط بد پزشکان، باعث به خطر افتادن ایمنی بیمار و افزایش احتمال وقوع خطاهای پزشکی می شود. پیاده سازی سیستم نسخه نویسی الکترونیک می تواند مشکلات متعدد نسخه نویسی کاغذی را بهبود دهد و باعث صرفه جویی و کاهش هزینه های مراقبت، کاهش اشتباهات نسخه نویسی، خطاهای دارویی، عوارض ناخواسته دارویی، بهبود دارو درمانی و ایمنی بیمار می گردد. هدف مقاله حاضر معرفی فناوری نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی و تاثیر آن بر خطاهای دارویی بود. این مطالعه از دسته مطالعات مروری- نقلی(Narrative Review) است که در سال 1393خورشیدی انجام گرفته است. در این مطالعه از طریق جستجوی واژه های کلیدی از قبیلElectronic Prescription، E-prescription، Medication Errors، Patient safety مقالات در مجلات (متن و چکیده)، کتاب ها، چکیده مقالات کنفرانس هاو مستندات علمی اینترنتی سال های 2014-2000 میلادی در پایگاه های داده معتبر از قبیل PubMed، ISI web of science، Scoupus،  Embase و موتورهای جستجو مانند Yahoo، سال های2014-2000 میلادی انجام شد. از بین 58 منبع تنها 35عدد، با توجه به ارتباط با موضوع مربوطه انتخاب گردید. فناوری نسخه نویسی الکترونیک ابزاری قدرتمند جهت مدیریت دارویی بیماران و افزایش کیفیت درمان های دارویی می باشد.این فناوری ادغام نظام اطلاعات بیمارستان و پرونده الکترونیک سلامت و بهره گیری از حمایت سیستم های پشتیبان تصمیم باعث کاهش انواع خطاهای تجویز دارویی و افزایش ایمنی دارو درمانی بیماران می گردد.

چکیده [English]

On one hand, drug therapy is one of the most powerful tools for the treatment of diseases, and on the other hand, one of the most common medical errors is related to hand written prescription. Patient safety is endangered due to illegible of hand written prescription by physicians and thereby the potential of medical errors would increase. Implementation of electronic prescribing and electronic health records can solve multiple problems of hand written prescription and decrease expenses of medical errors. The aim of this study was to introduce electronic prescription and its impact on medical errors. The study was a narrative review, which was performed by searching in Google search engine, PubMed, ISI web of science, Scoupus, and Embas, with keywords such as Electronic Prescription، E-prescription، Medication Errors، Patient safety’, in journals (text and abstracts), books, proceeding of conference articles, and scientific documents from 2000 to 2014. This study was done in 2014. About 58 articles, books, theses, and proceedings were obtained of which 35 cases were selected based on their relation to this issue. E-prescribing technology is a powerful tool to manage patients' medication that can lead to improve the quality of drug treatment. This technology associated with Electronic Health Records and using the support of decision support systems (DSS) can reduce the medication errors and increase patient safety is medication.
