چکیده

مقدمه: رشد چشمگیر فن‌آوری‌های وب 2 و شبکه‌های اجتماعی، پتانسیل بسیار زیادی را جهت اشاعه برنامه‌های تغییر رفتار سلامت و مراقبت‌های بهداشتی ارایه نموده ا‌ست. سازمان‌ها و مراکز خدمات بهداشتی نیز به ‌عنوان عامل اصلی این برنامه‌ها، نقش مهمی در استفاده از این ابزارها دارند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی متون منتشر شده برای شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های پیش رو در استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی در سازمان‌های بهداشتی بود.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت مروری نظام‌مند، به بررسی مقالات چاپ ‌شده بین ژانویه سال 2008 تا جولای سال 2018 با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های مرتبط در پایگاه‌های ‌داده‌ای Emerald، ScienceDirect، Springer، Wiley، Magiran، SID، Irandoc و PubMed پرداخت.یافته‌ها: 15 فرصت و 6 چالش برای سازمان‌های بهداشتی شناسایی گردید. فرصت‌های پیش روی سازمان‌ها شامل «ایجاد حمایت اطلاعاتی، ایجاد حمایت اجتماعی، جستجو برای حمایت ابزاری، کاهش هزینه‌های سازمان، ایجاد رضایت در بیماران، پایش مخاطبان به ‌صورت بی‌درنگ، دسترسی به فضایی جدید برای ارتباط با مخاطبان، آموزش مخاطبان، برندسازی، مدیریت دانش، افزایش دسترسی به مخاطبان خاص، تشویق در تغییر رفتار، ارتباط مستقیم با مخاطبان، ارتباط فوری با مخاطبان و شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود کیفیت در سازمان» و چالش‌های پیش رو شامل «اکتفا به رابطه یک‌طرفه، کمبود تخصص در حوزه فن‌آوری اطلاعات و نحوه تعامل با مخاطبان، حراست از حریم خصوصی مخاطبان، محدودیت در استنباط نقطه ‌نظر عامه مردم، کامنت‌های منفی بیماران و در نهایت، دنبال شدن بیشتر توسط سازمان‌ها دیگر تا افراد» بود.نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های مطرح‌ شده، امکان برنامه‌ریزی و بهره‌برداری مطلوب‌تر از این شبکه‌ها توسط سیاستگذاران و مدیران سازمان‌های بهداشتی را فراهم می‌نماید.

Opportunities and Challenges for Health Organizations in Using Social Networks: A Systematic Review

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The dramatic growth of Web 2.0 technologies and social networks provides a lot of potential for promoting health and health behavior change programs. Organizations and healthcare providers also play a major role in the use of this tool as the main contributors to these programs. This study aimed to assess published texts to identify opportunities and challenges in the use of social networks in healthcare organizations.Methods: In a systematic review study, we assessed published articles between January 2008 and July 2018 using related keywords in Emerald, ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley, Magiran, SID, Irandoc and PubMed databases.Results: Fifteen opportunities and six challenges were identified for healthcare organizations. The opportunities for these organizations included informational support, social support, searching for instrumental support, reduction of organizational costs, provision of patient satisfaction, real-time client monitoring, accessing a new atmosphere for communication with clients, educating clients, branding, knowledge management, increased access to specific clients, encouraging behavioral changes, direct communication with clients, instant communication with clients, and identification of opportunities for improving quality within organizations. And also the facing challenges included one-way communication, lack of expertise in the area of information technology and in proper client interaction, protecting the privacy of clients, poor understanding perception of the public, negative comments by patients and ultimately, more follow-ups by other organizations rather than individuals.Conclusion: The identification of the opportunities and challenges provides the possibility of more favorable planning and operation of these networks by policymakers and managers of health organizations.
