چکیده

مقدمه: کارکنان شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان، به عنوان بزرگ‌ترین و کامل‌ترین نهاد ارایه دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی اولیه، همواره با مخاطرات و استرس‌های از پیش تعیین نشده‌ای مواجه هستند که این مشکلات گاهی می‌تواند مخل آرامش و بر هم زننده کیفیت مطلوب زندگی آنان باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی کارکنان شاغل در اورژانس بیمارستانی (پزشک، پرستار و متخصص طب اورژانس) استان اصفهان در سال 1395 انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که به روش سرشماری و با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد 26 سؤالی WHOQOL-BREF (World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF)، به بررسی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی 584 فرد شاغل در بخش اورژانس پرداخت. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های One way ANOVA ، Kruskal-Wallis و Multiple regression مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: میانگین کیفیت زندگی در گروه پرستاران 25/16 ± 31/81، در گروه پزشکان 05/15 ± 91/85 و در گروه متخصصان طب اورژانس 76/15 ± 17/90 بود که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین سه گروه مشاهده شد (030/0 = P). عواملی همچون سن کمتر از 30 سال (010/0 = P)، محل کار (002/0 = P) و اقلیم جغرافیایی گرم (040/0= P)، تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میانگین کیفیت زندگی کل در بین کارکنان بخش اورژانس داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به کاهش سطح کیفیت زندگی پرستاران بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های اصفهان، لازم است مسؤولان با شناخت عوامل تهدیدکننده و کاهش دهنده سطح کیفیت زندگی، درصدد رفع کاستی‌های موجود برآیند تا بدین گونه گام مؤثری در جهت بهبود شرایط و ارایه بهینه خدمات از سوی کارکنان بخش اورژانس و به خصوص پرستاران برداشته شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: As the largest and most complete providers of primary healthcare services, employees of the emergency departments are constantly faced with not predetermined risks and stresses, which can often disturb their peace, and reduce their quality of lives. Therefore, this study aimed to recognize the factors affecting the quality of life of the emergency department staff (i.e., physicians, nurses, and emergency medicine specialist) of hospitals in Isfahan Province, Iran, in year 2016.Methods: This descriptive and analytical study was conducted using the census method, and employed the 26-item World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF) questionnaire to evaluate and detect the factors affecting the quality of life of 584 employees working in the emergency departments. Data analysis was carried out using one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal-Wallis, and multiple regression tests.Results: The mean quality of life score was 81.31 ± 16.25 for nurses, whereas it was 85.91 ± 15.05 and 90.15 ± 17.76 for physicians and emergency medicine specialists, respectively, with a significant difference (P = 0.030). In this regard, factors with significant impact on the quality of life of all the emergency department staff were reported to be age below 30 years (P = 0.010), workplace (P = 0.002), and warm climate (P = 0.040).Conclusion: Due to the sharp decrease in the quality of life of nurses in the emergency departments of hospitals in Isfahan Province, healthcare authorities must recognize the factors which threaten and decrease the quality of life in order to improve the quality of life and eliminate related barriers among the employees of the emergency departments, especially the nurses. This can be an effective step toward the enhancement of condition and provision of optimal services by the employees of the emergency department.
