نرم‌افزارهای مورد استفاده در بخش مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اصفهان از دیدگاه کاربران

چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به نقش کامپیوتر در مدیریت اطلاعات به تدریج انگیزه‌ی سرمایه‌گذاری برای نرم‌افزارهای کاربردی در بخش مدارک پزشکی گسترش یافته است؛ اما آن‌چه در پذیرش و پیاده‌سازی موفقیت‌آمیز نرم‌افزارها حایز اهمیت است جلب نظر و حمایت کاربران می‌باشد. هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین نظرات کاربران درباره‌ی نرم‌افزارهای مورد استفاده در بخش مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اصفهان بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از دسته مطالعات توصیفی بود. نمونه‌ی پژوهش با جامعه‌ی پژوهش برابر بوده است و شامل کاربران نرم‌افزارهای بخش مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر اصفهان مشتمل بر 92 نفر بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ای خود ساخته مشتمل بر 4 بخش مبنی بر ویژگی‌های نرم‌افزارهای واحدهای بخش مدارک پزشکی گردآوری شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه توسط اساتید متخصص و پایایی آن از طریق آزمون مجدد با Cronbach’s alpha 98 درصد تأیید گردید و در نهایت داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16 در سطح آمار توصیفی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: بیشترین رضایت کاربران با میانگین 5/76 درصد از نرم‌افزارهای واحدهای کدگذاری و کمترین رضایت با میانگین 3/45 درصد از نرم‌افزارهای واحدهای بایگانی می‌باشد. بیشترین رضایت کاربران در واحدهای پذیرش مربوط به سهولت استفاده از نرم‌افزار با میانگین 100 درصد، در واحدهای کدگذاری مربوط به حذف انواع ایندکس به شیوه‌ی دستی با میانگین 98 درصد، در واحدهای آمار بیشترین رضایت کاربران مربوط به حفظ محرمانگی اطلاعات با میانگین 100 درصد و در واحدهای بایگانی مربوط به سهولت استفاده از نرم‌افزار با میانگین 5/89 درصد می‌باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: میانگین رضایت کاربران از مجموع نرم‌افزارهای بخش مدارک پزشکی 8/61 درصد می‌باشد که به طور عمده هم در راستای نقش تخصصی آن‌ها نیست و این امر بیانگر کاستی‌هایی در طراحی نرم‌افزارهای مورد بررسی است. پیامد این کاستی‌ها خدشه‌دار شدن رسالت سیستم‌های کامپیوتری را در گردآوری، پردازش و توزیع داده‌ها به دنبال دارد و بهترین راهکار برای حل این معضل نیازسنجی از کاربران و متخصصان مدیریت اطلاعات بهداشتی قبل از طراحی و اجرای نرم‌افزارها در بخش مدارک پزشکی می‌باشد.

Introduction: The role of the computer in information management has gradually increased the
motivation for investment in computer systems for medical records. Admission, coding, statistics, and
filling units' software have important roles in health information management. However, their adaption
and implementation needs the support of users. The goal of the present research is to determine users'
point of view on software used in the medical record department of Isfahan's educational hospitals.
Methods: This is a descriptive study was carried out on all users (n = 92) in educational hospitals
affiliated with Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data was collected by a researcher-made
questionnaire which was validated by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by test
retest. The results were analyzed by SPSS version 16.
Results: The satisfaction of users had a maximum of 76.5% related to coding unit and a minimum of
45.3% related to filing unit. The highest satisfaction in the admission unit was related to ease in use
(100%), in the coding unit was related to deletion of indices (98%), in the statistics unit to confidentiality
(100%), and in the filing unit to ease in use (89.5%).
Conclusion: The average of users' satisfaction of the software programs in the medical record department
was 61.8%. This indicates deficiencies in the design of the studied software. These insufficiencies cause
alteration in the function of computer systems in data management. Therefore, need assessment of users
and health information management professionals (HIMP) before designing and implementation of
software is necessary.
