طرح جا و مکان در بازسازی بخش اورژانس بیمارستان شریعتی اصفهان

چکیده
م
قدمه: مطالعات طرح جا و مکان جهت پاسخ‌گویی بهتر به نیازها و افزایش کارایی فضاهای فیزیکی بیمارستان انجام می‌شود. از این رو، هدف عمده‌ی این پژوهش، اصلاح فرایندهای گردش کار بخش اورژانس از طریق مطالعه‌ی طرح جا و مکان در روند بازسازی بخش اورژانس بیمارستان دکتر شریعتی اصفهان به عنوان یکی از بزرگ‌ترین بیمارستان‌های استان در سال 1390 در امر رسیدگی به بیماران اورژانسی بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی از نوع موردی، مرتبط با فضاهای بخش اورژانس بیمارستان شریعتی در سال 1390 بود. داده‌ها در 4 قسمت بررسی شرح وظایف و عملکردها، جریان گردش کار، چالش‌ها، فضاهای موجود و تغییرات طراحی، تقسیم‌بندی شدند و مشاهدات مستقیم جهت تدوین فرایندهای موجود کاری مطابق با کلیه‌ی فضاهای بالینی و پشتیبانی موجود در نقشه‌های بخش اورژانس سال 1390، از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد (مدیریت سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان) جمع‌آوری گردید. در نهایت تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار Excel
انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: از بین 6 هدف بازسازی، «راه‌اندازی تریاژ» اولویت اول را به خود اختصاص داد و در میان فرایندها و فضاهای بخش، فرایندهای پذیرش بیماران اورژانسی، مسمومیت و کودکان و فضاهای ورودی، تریاژ و قسمت بیماران بدحال و غیر بدحال اساسی‌ترین تغییرات را منطبق بر اولویت‌های استخراج شده داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به استانداردهای اعتباربخشی مبنی بر الزام رعایت استانداردهای واحد ساختمان، ضروری است مدیران بیمارستان‌ها به واحد مذکور -که یکی از علل مهم رضایتمندی است- توجه خاصی داشته باشند و این روش ساده، جامع و قابل اجرای مطالعه را در طی بازسازی بخش‌های بیمارستان، اصلاح عملکردها و فرایندها، تدوین برنامه‌ی بهبود کیفیت واحد ساختمان منطبق بر استانداردهای اعتباربخشی به کار گیرند.

Introduction: Studies of design location are done in order to respond better to the needs of the physical
spaces of the hospital. The present study aimed to improve workflow processes of emergency department
through the study of designing the location in restructuring of the emergency department of Shariati Hospital
in 2011 as one of the largest hospitals in Isfahan Province, Iran that has to deal with emergency patients.
Methods: This was a descriptive case study related to Emergency Department of Shariati Hospital in
2011. Data were collected in 4 Parts, i.e. reviewing the duties and functions, workflows, challenges and
existing spaces and design changes. According to the clinical and supportive areas in emergency plans in
2011, data were collected through standardized questionnaire and direct observations to codification
processes. Data were analyzed using Excel Software.
Results: Out of six objectives of restructuring, setting up triage had the first priority and among processes
and spaces, emergency patient admission process, toxicity admission process, children admission process,
entrance, triage, critical and noncritical patient section, had the most fundamental changes, respectively.
Conclusion: According to the accreditation standards, it is essential for hospital managers to pay
particular attention to the building standards, which is one of the major causes of patient satisfaction. They
may use the simple, comprehensive and applicable method of design location plans in hospital
restructuring, process improvement, and develop building quality improvement program according to
accreditation standards.
