چکیده

مقدمه: در عصر حاضر، مدیریت دانش به یکی از راهبردهای اصلی بقای کتابخانه‌‌ها تبدیل شده است که با مشکلاتی مواجه می‌باشد. از این‌‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل ساختار سازمانی بر استقرار مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش پیمایشی- تحلیلی و جامعه آماری آن شامل 184 نفر از مدیران پژوهش و کتابخانه‌‌های علوم پزشکی بود که از طریق تارنماهای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شناسایی شدند. 150 نفر از مدیران در تحقیق حاضر شرکت نمودند و به پرسش‌نامه محقق‌‌ ساخته (ضریب Cronbach's alpha: 78/0) پاسخ دادند. داده‌‌های به ‌‌دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های t و Friedman مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری بین عوامل ساختار سازمانی وجود نداشت. از نظر رتبه‌بندی، مؤلفه‌‌های انسانی با میانگین 06/2، پیرامونی با میانگین 97/1 و فن‌‌آوری با میانگین 95/1 به ‌‌ترتیب بالاترین تا پایین‌ترین تأثیرگذاری را در پیاده‌‌سازی مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی به خود اختصاص دادند.
نتیجه‌گیری: استقرار مدیریت دانش در کتابخانه‌‌های دانشگاهی قابلیتی است که می‌‌تواند سرمایه‌‌های دانشی را در مسیر ارتقای خدمات آموزشی و پژوهشی یکپارچه نماید. این قابلیت در کتابخانه‌‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی با بهره‌‌مندی از امکانات و کمک کارکنان ‌‌دانشی برای پیاده‌‌سازی مدیریت دانش فراهم است.

Exploring the Factors of the Organizational Structure of Knowledge Management in the Libraries of Medical Universities

Introduction: Today, knowledge management has become one of the main strategies for the survival of libraries that is facing problems. In so doing, this study endeavored to identify the factors of organizational structure to establish knowledge management in the libraries of medical universities.
Methods: This was an analytical survey and the population included 184 managers of research and medical libraries who were identified through the websites of medical universities. A total of 150 managers participated in this research and answered the researcher-made questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha: 0.78). Data were analyzed using the t-test and Friedman test.
Results: There was no significant difference between the factors of organizational structure. In terms of ranking, human component with an average of 2.06, peripheral component with an average of 1.97, and technology component with an average of 1.95 had the highest to the lowest impact on the implementation of knowledge management in the libraries of medical universities.
Conclusion: Implementation of knowledge management in university libraries is a potency that can integrate knowledge investments into the promotion of educational and research services. This feature is provided in the libraries of medical universities to implement knowledge management with the benefit of facilities and the help of knowledgeable staff.
