چکیده

مقدمه: دانشمندان با استفاده از ابزارها و روش‌های متفاوت به مصورسازی و ترسیم ساختار علم در رشته‌های مختلف پرداخته‌اند. یکی از این ابزارها نرم‌افزار HistCite™ می‌باشد که قادر به ترسیم نقشه‌ی علم بر اساس نظم زمانی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و ترسیم ساختار انتشارات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در پایگاه (Web of science) WOS طی سال‌های 2008-1989 با استفاده از نرم‌افزار HistCite™ بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علم‌سنجی بود و با استفاده از روش تاریخ نگاری طی سال‌های 2008-1989 صورت گرفت. داده‌های مورد نیاز این پژوهش در دی ماه 1387 از پایگاه WOS استخراج گردید و برای ترسیم تاریخ علم این دانشگاه از نرم‌افزارHistCite™  استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی شامل فراوانی و درصد و برخی قواعد علم‌سنجی استفاده گردیده است.
یافته‌ها: انتشارات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در پایگاه WOS رشد چشم‌گیری داشت و از نرخ رشدی برابر با 16/34 درصد برخوردار بود. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در رتبه‌ی دوم کل دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات پژوهشی ایران و در بین دانشگاه‌های تابعه‌ی وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در رتبه‌ی اول قرار گرفت. همچنین آقای علیرضا دهپور رتبه‌ی اول نویسندگان این دانشگاه رابه خود اختصاص داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهشگران این دانشگاه از همکاری گروهی به نسبت بالایی برخوردار بودند. توزیع مقالات توسط نویسندگان از قانون لوتکا تبعیت می‌نمود. همچنین تاریخ علم این دانشگاه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار HistCite™ ترسیم گردید و نتایج نشان داد که ساختار علمی این دانشگاه از هفت خوشه تشکیل شده است.خوشه‌ی اول در موضوع شیمی، خوشه‌ی دوم و سوم در موضوع فارماکولوژی، خوشه‌ی چهارم در موضوع درماتولوژی، خوشه‌ی پنجم در موضوع ایمونولوژی، خوشه‌ی ششم ترکیبی از موضوعات سم شناسی، فارماکولوژی و فیزیولوژی و خوشه‌ی هفتم با موضوع فارماکولوژی و داخلی- گوارش بودند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Some scholars have visualized and drawn the structure of science using different 
instruments and methods. One of these instruments is the HistCite™ software which is exploited 
to draw scientific mapping according to time order. The purpose of the present research was to 
survey and draw the scientific structure of Tehran University of Medical Sciences' publications in 
Web of Science (WOS) database during 1989 -2008 using HistCite™ software. 
Methods: The present scientometric study was conducted using histography method (during 
1989-2008). The data was retrieved from WOS on March 2009. To draw the science history of 
the University, the HistCite™ software was utilized. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage and some of scientometric rules were applied. 
Results: The findings of the study showed that a high growth in Tehran Medical University's 
publications in WOS. In fact a growth rate of 34.16% ranked the university as the second place 
among all Iranian universities and institutions. However, regarding the universities related to the 
Ministry of Health and Medical Education, it took the first place. Among the authors, Mr Alireza 
Dehpour was the first. 
Conclusion: The results showed that the researchers at Tehran University of Medical Sciences 
had a high collaboration coefficient. The distributions of the articles followed the Lotka's law. 
The results also showed the scientific structure of this university to be composed of 7 clusters.
