عوامل موثر در استفاده از خدمات پزشکی از راه دور: مطالعه موردی نرم افزار موبایلی

چکیده
مقدمه: پیشرفت‌های سریع در فناوری اطلاعات، باعث تغییرات بنیادین در زندگی و محیط‌های کاری در سراســر جهان شده است، با فراگیرتر شدن فناوری‌های دیجیتالی مانند گوشی‌های هوشمند ، افراد می‌توانند در خود نظارتی و مراقبت از خود شرکت کنند و کنترل بیشتری بر مسیرهای سلامتی خود در طول دوره زندگی به دست آورند. تحصیلات و جنسیت دو مولفه مهم در استفاده از برنامه‌های موبایلی سلامت هستند، تحصیلات در میزان و نحوه استفاده افراد در برنامه‌های موبایلی موثر است و جنسیت نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در فضای مجازی بخصوص در برنامه‌های موبایلی در مقابل حضور فیزیکی در بیمارستان‌ها و مطب‌ها دارد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کاربردی بود که با روش کمی – توصیفی به صورت مطالعه موردی بین کاربران برنامه موبایلی اسنپ دکتر به اجرا درآمد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اینترنتی مبتنی بر نمونه گیری تصادفی در دسترس استفاده گردید و با روش های آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون های تعیین معناداری و به ویژه همبستگی بر مبنای معادلات ساختار تاییدی برای بررسی داده‌ها به کار گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: زیرساخت ناکافی فناوری ارتباطات اطلاعاتی، بیشترین مانع برای پزشکی از راه دور بود و به دنبال آن مقاومت فرهنگی در استفاده از فناوری برای ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی قرار گرفت. موانع قابل توجه دیگر هزینه بالای راه‌اندازی مهارت‌های پیش‌نیاز (اولیه) در میان بیماران، مهارت‌های محدود در میان پزشکان، بودجه ناکافی برای حمایت از خدمات پزشکی از راه دور، چارچوب قانون/ سیاست ضعیف، و کمبود زمان اختصاصی برای خدمات پزشکی از راه دور بود.
 نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد وجود زیرساخت‌های مناسب ارتباطی و تلاش برای تقویت زیرساخت‌ها و افزایش سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها در حوزه پزشکی از راه دور‌، مشارکت کاربران را در استفاده از خدمات پزشکی از راه دور افزایش می‌دهد.

Factors Influencing the Use of Telemedicine Services: A Case Study of the Mobile Application

چکیده English

Introduction: Advances in information technology have caused fundamental changes in life and work environments. As digital technologies such as smartphones become more ubiquitous, individuals can engage in self-monitoring and self-care and gain more control over their health trajectories across the life course. Education and gender are two important components in the use of mobile health applications. Education is effective in the amount and manner of using mobile applications, and gender plays a major role in virtual setting, especially in mobile applications, in contrast to physical presence in hospitals and clinics
Methods: This applied study was carried out with a descriptive-quantitative method in the form of a case study among users of the Snap Doctor mobile application. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire based on available random sampling and inferential statistics methods, including tests of significance and especially correlation based on confirmatory structural equationswere used.
Results: Inadequate information communication technology infrastructure was the major obstacle for telemedicine, followed by cultural resistance in using technology to provide healthcare services. Other significant barriers are like this: the high cost of setting up prerequisite (initial) skills among patients, limited skills among physicians, inadequate funding to support telemedicine services, weak legal/policy framework, and lack of dedicated time for telemedicine services.
Conclusion: The results showed that the existence of appropriate communication infrastructure and efforts to promote the infrastructure and increase the investment of companies and organizations in the field of telemedicine can increase the participation of users in the use of telemedicine services.
