اعتبارسنجی و اولویت بندی ابعاد مدل سرآمدی مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری

چکیده:
مقدمه: مدیریت اثربخش فناوری‌اطلاعات در نظام سلامت مستلزم بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های سرآمدی بومی و اعتبارسنجی‌شده است که ابعاد کلیدی این حوزه را به‌درستی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی کنند. این پژوهش با هدف اعتبارسنجی مدل سرآمدی مدیریت فناوری‌اطلاعات و تعیین اولویت ابعاد آن از دیدگاه ذی‌نفعان دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، توصیفی-پیمایشی ازنوع همبستگی، با رویکرد کمی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل ۱۵۷۵نفر از مدیران وکارشناسان دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی اصفهان بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، ۳۰۹نفر انتخاب‌ شدند. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مشتمل بر۱۴۰گویه درقالب۱۴بعد گردآوری و با نرم‌افزار SmartPLSتحلیل شدند. اعتبارسنجی مدل با تحلیل عاملی‌تأییدی و اولویت‌بندی ابعاد با ترکیب شاخص‌های ضرایب مسیر، بارهای‌عاملی و اندازه اثر (f²)انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان‌دهنده برازش مطلوب مدل و روایی و پایایی مناسب سازه‌ها بود. همچنین، ابعاد «مدیریت سبد خدمات فناوری‌اطلاعات»، «مدیریت سیستم‌های‌اطلاعاتی»، «مدیریت داده‌های سلامت»و «امنیت و محرمانگی» بالاترین اولویت را داشتند، در حالی‌که بعد«منابع انسانی وکارکنان» کمترین اولویت را به‌خود اختصاص داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: مدل پژوهش از اعتبار آماری قابل‌قبولی برخوردار است و اولویت‌بندی ابعاد آن می‌تواند مبنای برنامه‌ریزی اثربخش مدیریت فناوری‌اطلاعات دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی(به‌ویژه درشرایط مشابه دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی اصفهان) قرارگیرد. با این حال، تعمیم نتایج به سایر دانشگاه‌ها نیازمند انجام مطالعات تکمیلی در محیط‌های متفاوت است.

Validation and prioritization of dimensions of the IT management excellence model at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences using a structural equation modeling approach

Abstract:
Introduction: Effective management of information technology in the health system requires the use of indigenous and validated excellence models that correctly identify and prioritize key dimensions of this area. This study was conducted with the aim of validating the excellence model of information technology management and determining the priority of its dimensions from the perspective of stakeholders of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
Methodology: The present study was an applied, descriptive-survey study of correlation type, with a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of 1575 managers and experts of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, of whom 309 were selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected with a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 140 items in a 14-dimensional format and analyzed with SmartPLS software. Model validation was performed with confirmatory factor analysis and prioritization of dimensions by combining path coefficients, factor loadings, and effect size (f²).
Findings: The results indicated a good fit of the model and appropriate validity and reliability of the constructs. Also, the dimensions of “IT service portfolio management”, “IT systems management”, “health data management” and “security and confidentiality” had the highest priority, while the dimension of “human resources and employees” had the lowest priority.
Conclusion: The research model has acceptable statistical validity and prioritizing its dimensions can be the basis for effective planning of IT management in medical universities (especially in conditions similar to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences). However, generalizing the results to other universities requires conducting additional studies in different environments.
