چکیده
مقدمه: حوادث غیر مترقبه چه از نوع طبیعی و یا ساخته دست بشر، می‌تواند خسارات گسترده‌ای را برای جوامع به دنبال داشته باشد. اثرات حوادث غیر مترقبه بر بیمارستان از ابعاد مختلف و توسط متخصصین هر رشته مورد توجه قرار دارد. هدف از این مقاله، بررسی اثرات حوادث غیر مترقبه بر بخش مدارک پزشکی، که مسؤولیت حفاظت از مدارک پزشکی بیماران را بر عهده دارد، بود. گزارش مورد: در مهر ماه سال 1387، استان مازندران طوفانی با سرعت 110-90 کیلومتر در ساعت را از ساعات ابتدایی شب تجربه کرد. با بررسی منابع مختلف اعم از مجلات تخصصی و اینترنتی مشخص گردید که گزارش حوادث غیر مترقبه بر بخش مدارک پزشکی بیماران بسیار نادر است. بنابراین مورد پیش‌گفته از موارد نادر بررسی در خصوص خسارات ناشی از سیل بر مدارک پزشکی بیماران بود واژه‌های کلیدی: بلایای طبیعی؛ بخش مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان؛ بلایا؛ بیماران؛ مدارک پزشکی.

Introduction: Disasters whether natural or man-made can inflict widespread damage in every society. Disaster effects on hospitals were discussed by many specialties in many fields. The aim of this article was discussion disasters effect on medical records department, which responsible for safeguard keeping of patient medical records. Researches on scientific journal and internet have shown that the reports of disasters and their effects on medical records were rarely. So this article, for the first time discusses the flood effect on patient medical records from Iran.
