چکیده

مقدمه: آموزش کارکنان فرایندی است که انطباق و سازگاری کارکنان با محیط متحول سازمانی را فراهم می‌آورد. نکته‌ی بسیار مهم در تنظیم و اجرای برنامه‌ی آموزشی، برنامه‌ریزی با توجه به نیاز مخاطبان است. شناسایی نیازهای آموزشی نخستین گام برنامه‌ریزی آموزش کارکنان و پیش نیاز یک برنامه‌ی آموزشی مؤثر است. این مطالعه، با هدف شناخت نیازهای آموزشی دانش‌آموختگان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی تنظیم گردیده است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی_ پیمایشی است که در سال 1387 به صورت مقطعی بر روی تعداد 67 نفر از دانش‌آموختگان رشته‌ی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی شاغل در واحدهای مختلف زیر مجموعه‌ی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گرفت. ابزار مطالعه پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته‌ای بود که پایایی آن با ضریب Cronbach’s alpha 75/0 تعیین شد و روایی آن به تأیید صاحب‌نظران رسید. روش نمونه‌گیری ساده و داده‌های مطالعه با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد پاسخ‌گویان در بین سه حیطه‌ی مورد بررسی به حیطه‌ی مهارت‌های فنی و عملیاتی نیاز بیشتری دارند (میانگین 47/3، انحراف معیار 12/0). در بین مهارت‌های فنی و عملیاتی بالاترین نمره، نیاز مربوط به آشنایی با استفاده و کاربرد نرم‌افزارهای رایانه‌ای است و در حیطه‌ی مهارت‌های نظری و ادراکی، مبحث جهانی شدن و چند فرهنگی شدن سازمان‌ها دارای بالاترین امتیاز در بین کل نیازهای احساس شده‌ی دانش‌آموختگان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی است.نتیجه‌گیری: نیازهای عملیاتی و در واقع آنچه دانش‌آموختگان مدیریت به طور روزمره با آن سر و کار دارند، به خصوص نیازهای مربوط به کاربرد رایانه و فن‌آوری اطلاعات، از مهم‌ترین نیازهای حیطه‌ی مهارت‌های عملیاتی قلمداد می‌شود و لازم است برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی این موارد را در تنظیم برنامه‌‌های سالیانه مد نظر قرار دهند.واژه‌های کلیدی: آموزش مداوم؛ مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی؛ آموزش حرفه‌ای؛ نیازسنجی.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: By considering daily progress of advanced technology and unimaginable advances in the management technology region, demand to educate and improve working personnel of administrative health and hygiene fields seems to be vital by considering the present situation. The main purpose of this study is to specify the educational demand of health care management graduates who are working as managers, VP or experts of hospitals and other related health centers in Isfahan, Iran. Methods: In this descriptive survey study, 67 health care management graduates working in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences were enrolled, in 2008. The study tool was a researcher made questionnaire in three dimensions. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.75), respectively. Study population was selected by stratified randomized method. All of these data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results: The first priority need of study population from the three studied domains was operational and technical skills with mean score of 3.49 +/- 0.12. Among the operational and technical skills familiarity with computer and software use had the highest score. Among the theoretical and conceptual skills globalization and multi-cultural organizations had the highest score in health care management graduates. Conclusion: In fact operational needs, the needs that management graduates are dealing with it daily, and the needs related to computer use and information technology considered as the most important needs of operational skills. It is necessary that educational planners consider mentioned needs in the setting of annual program.
