چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از راهکارهای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات سلامت و افزایش رضایتمندی مردم در برنامه تحول نظام سلامت، طرح حضور پزشکان متخصص مقیم است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناخت دیدگاه دستیاران گروه اطفال در مورد نقش حضور متخصصان مقیم انجام شد.روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که بر روی 35 نفر از دستیاران اطفال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق ‌ساخته بود که اعتبار آن با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب Cronbach¢s alpah (85/0)، تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: از دیدگاه دستیاران، پزشکان مقیم فرصت آموزش بیشتر را فراهم نموده و در روند ارزیابی، تشخیص و درمان بیماران نقش بسزایی داشته‌اند. همچنین، در درخواست منطقی پاراکلینیک کمک کننده‌ بودند. آن‌ها در ایجاد اعتماد به نفس و مسؤولیت‌پذیری دستیاران و نیز برقراری نظم و همکاری کارکنان و کمک به هماهنگی بین‌بخشی تأثیر مهمی داشتند و باعث اعتمادسازی والدین بیماران و در نتیجه، رضایتمندی آنان شدند. همچنین، آن‌ها در بهبود کیفیت گزارش صبحگاهی مؤثر بودند.نتیجه‌گیری: از دیدگاه دستیاران گروه اطفال، نقش حضور متخصصان مقیم مفید می‌باشد. حضور آن‌ها باعث کمک به دستیاران و به طور کلی، بهبود وضعیت بیماران می‌گردد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: One of the strategies to improve the quality of health services and increase people's satisfaction in the health system evolution plan is the plan for the presence of resident specialists in educational hospitals. The purpose of this research was to assess the viewpoints of pediatrics residents about the role of the presence of resident specialists in educational hospitals.Methods: This descriptive-survey study was conducted on 35 pediatrics residents of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts’ views and its reliability by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficients (85%). Data were analyzed using t test.Results: From the residents’ viewpoint, resident specialists provided more educational opportunities and they had an important role in the process of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. They also helped in logical paraclinical request. They helped to promote self-confidence and responsibility among residents, as well as create staff discipline and collaboration, and inter-institutional coordination. They brought confidence and satisfaction to patients’ parents, too. Resident specialists also improved the quality of morning reports.Conclusion: From the viewpoint of pediatrics residents, the role of the presence of resident specialists in educational hospitals is important in helping the residents and, in general, improves patients' health.
