قابلیت‌های گردشگری دندانپزشکی اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر، گردشگری دندانپزشکی روند رو به رشدی را طی می‌کند. منظور از گردشگری دندانپزشکی به عنوان شاخه‌ی گردشگری پزشکی، سفر افراد به خارج از کشور خود جهت دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی است که به طور معمول در کشور خود هزینه‌ی بالاتری دارد. این پژوهش، به منظور شناسایی قابلیت‌های شهر اصفهان در حوزه‌ی گردشگری دندانپزشکی انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی بود که در سال 1389 در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، یک پرسش‌نامه‌ی نیمه ساختار یافته با سؤالات هدایت شده بود که از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل گردید. در سنجش اعتبار داده‌های بر آمده از مطالعه‌ی کیفی، برای اطمینان از میزان مقبولیت (عینیت پذیری) داده‌ها مصاحبه پس از استخراج‌ها با برخی از مشارکت کنندگان کنترل شد و صحت داده‌ها توسط آنان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نمونه‌گیری پژوهش از نوع هدفمند بود و بر این اساس، دندانپزشکانی انتخاب شدند که در طول 1 سال گذشته، بیمار خارجی برای ارایه‌ی خدمت داشتند. در مجموع، با توجه به اشباع داده‌ها با 12 نفر از داندانپزشکان عمومی و متخصص مصاحبه شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل محتوا استفاده گردید و پس از جمع‌بندی و دسته‌بندی داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه، موضوعات اصلی و زیر موضوعات استخراج شد.
یافته‌ها: از بین 79 بیمار خارجی مراجعه کننده به دندانپزشکان مشارکت کننده در مطالعه، 29/63 درصد زن و بقیه مرد بودند. خدمات ترمیمی بالاترین درصد (22/58) را بین انواع خدمات دریافتی بیماران خارجی از دندانپزشکان مشارکت کننده در مطالعه، به خود اختصاص داد. از بین بیماران خارجی مراجعه کننده به دندانپزشکان مورد مطالعه، 81/84 درصد دارای ملیت ایرانی و مقیم در خارج از کشور بودند. قابلیت‌های گردشگری دندانپزشکی اصفهان در 7 موضوع شرایط متقاضی، امتیازات شهری اصفهان، شرایط عامل نیروی انسانی، وضعیت رقابتی مراکز ارایه دهنده‌ی گردشگری پزشکی در حوزه‌ی دندانپزشکی، الزامات گردشگری پزشکی، صنایع وابسته و پشتیبان و راهبردهای اطلاعاتی می‌باشد. مشارکت کنندگان اعتقاد داشتند که با توجه به تجارب آن‌ها، بیشتر تقاضاها از جانب ایرانیان مقیم خارج بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به قابلیت‌های مطرح شده ازگردشگری پزشکی اصفهان در حوزه‌ی دندانپزشکی، می‌توان گفت که شهر اصفهان با وجود قابلیت‌های مناسب اکوتوریستی و نیروی انسانی متخصص و مزیت‌های رقابتی، هنوز نتوانسته است در این صنعت جایگاه مشخصی داشته باشد. تقویت الزامات گردشگری پزشکی، هماهنگی صنایع وابسته و پشتیبان، توسعه‌ی راهبردهای اطلاعاتی و بازاریابی گردشگری دندانپزشکی از پیشنهادهای سازنده جهت توسعه‌ی سریع‌تر این صنعت می‌باشد.

چکیده English

Introduction: In recent years, dental tourism had a growing trend. As a branch of medical tourism, in
dental tourisms people travel abroad to receive dental services which are with a higher cost in their
country. This study aimed to identify potential of dental tourism in Isfahan, Iran.
Methods: This was a qualitative study that was conducted in 2011 in Isfahan. Data collection was done
using a semi-structured questionnaire with directed questions that was completed through interview. For
measurement of the validity, the data of the qualitative study was checked with some participants to
ensure the acceptance rate (objectivity). Dentists who provided service for foreign patients during the past
year were selected.
Results: Out of 79 patients who were referred to dentists and participated in the study, 63.3% of them
were females. Reconstructive services were allocated the highest percentage (58.2) between the types of
services received by the foreign patients. 81.8% were with Iranian nationality residing abroad. Potential of
dental tourism in seven categories were the demand conditions, urban advantages of Isfahan, manpower
operating conditions, competitive conditions in the dental centers offering medical tourism, medical
tourism requirements, related and supporting industries and information strategies.
Conclusion: Despite suitable capabilities of ecotourism, professional staff and competitive advantage in
Isfahan, its position is not clear yet. To develop the dental tourism in Isfahan, It is necessary to strengthen
requirements for medical tourism, increase coordination of related and supporting industries, increase
information strategy and marketing.
